Shipping policy

All orders are shipped out from our warehouse in the UK within 2 working days from receiving your order and shall be delivered according to the below: 

  • Domestic orders: Delivery via EVRi or DPD (1-2 days) from the day of despatch.
  • International orders: Delivery via DHL Express service, detailed below:

Estimated delivery window for international orders via DHL Express service varies by country of delivery but could be anywhere between 3 and 13 days due to possible occasional longer transit time, customs hold, or any other unforeseen complications outside of our control.

Duties, taxes and customs fees are all payable by the consignee (the buyer). If you're in doubt, please contact your local authorities to inquire about the possible applicable fees before placing your order.
